PD Design have done a terrific job securing planning permission for our major house extension that is located in a conservation area. They fulfilled every aspect of the brief, which included significantly increasing the square footage, whilst maintaining the character of the inside of the house and also dramatically improving the external look. It is worth mentioning that Paul’s combined knowledge of architectural and structural design was invaluable to create the desired space we required and keep within our budget for the project. The structural design was fully considered at the planning stage and was explained very clearly. They were always available, delivered to their project timeline and were a pleasure to work with.
