PD Design were fantastic. They intrinsically listened to our brief but also provided guidance from their extensive experience that has resulted in a product we couldn’t be happier with. PD Design oversaw party wall negotiations, the Thames Water build-over agreement as well as the planning and building regulation requirements that meant the construction phase was uninterrupted, delivered on-time and most importantly within budget. Paul was happy to recommend local Building Contractors, but equally happy for us to introduce our own following personal recommendation. PD Design subsequently reviewed tender packages and ensured comprehensive yet competitive quotes were issued, offering the ability to value engineer the scheme if desired, yet also challenging architectural design and merit.
