Initially an unusual enquiry to convert a male and female public toilet located in the corner of a local park in Vauxhall, SW London to a Café.
Upon a closer inspection, the main structure was in a good condition and was perfect for conversion, therefore we provided proposals for a Park Café with fully equipped kitchen, toilets, inside and outside eating areas and associated landscaping.
A great example of ‘upcycling’ an existing dis-used building to create a modern property for modern day use.
