It was the first time we’d taken on a project of this size, so we were understandably nervous and did not know about all of the processes involved. The initial consultation with Paul was extremely comforting. He explained very clearly and concisely about undertaking a building project and made it sound all so very simple and easy. The meeting was followed by a very comprehensive fee proposal which was on a fixed fee basis, which was helpful for budgeting, etc. We were very impressed and were keen to work with Paul from the outset. PD Design were conscious of our budget and that we wanted a home that looked great but not necessarily with the highest spec. They were great at making suggestions and being flexible with materials to get the finish we wanted. PD Design also value engineered the project, making suggestions on how to reduce the cost of the structural works whilst not compromising the design. We would absolutely recommend P PD Design. The whole process from our first meeting to completion was a well organised, simple process. Everybody who comes to our new home is blown away by the transformation. They’ve helped us turn a standard victorian terraced house into a home with a real individual design and a wow factor that stands out from the rest.
