Who we are
We are a small architectural and structural design consultancy based in North Yorkshire, offering a wide range of design services, from loft conversions and refurbishments, extensions, etc. to new build developments. We focus on small to medium size residential and and commercial projects in London and the Home Counties, as well as the North East region including North Yorkshire, Durham, Cleveland, Tyneside Areas and Northumberland.

What we do
Most building projects require the need to apply for the standard statutory consents that include planning permission and/or lawful development approval and building regulations approval.
In most circumstances, you have to engage an Architect or Architectural Designer, Structural Engineer and Party Wall Surveyor separately, to deal with all the various aspects of a project.
